Frequently Asked Account Questions
To activate a card, call 1-866-762-0558. Members will need to activate their new card within 45 days of receiving their card or the system will automatically block the new card. A member will receive email reminders throughout the 45 days before it is blocked. Once the contactless card is activated, the old card will be deactivated automatically by the system.
To report a lost or stolen Visa® credit, debit card, or for card inquiries:

Please note: Cards sent by mail will arrive in approximately 4 to 7 business days. You will also receive a new PIN, which can be changed by calling 1-800-858-7212.
To get a new Personal Identification Number (PIN):
Call 303-321-4209 or 1-800-858-7212. We can order a new PIN to be delivered by mail.
If you would like to change your PIN, you can also stop by any of our branch locations during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday.
