Set alerts in Digital Banking to get notified if your account reaches a certain high or low balance, and set alerts for transactions over a certain amount. 

  • Activate a new card at 1-866-762-0558.

  • Change your existing PIN (if you know your current pin!) by visiting any Westerra ATM 

  • If you need to create a new PIN, visit any branch during business hours and get your new PIN the same day
